Hopefully Not Paralyzed
Hey everyone! I'm back again with another post.Yesterday I said I wanted to be more "nice" today. That did not happen. In fact I think I was much less patient than yesterday, so I still need to make that a habit. I was also super nervous in the tournament, but I got to top 16, which is nice! I was really nervous in the first match, and it made me play a little better than normal. I'd like to say it was because I was super twitchy, but it was probably beginner's luck. The rest of my matches were pretty bad though. Over all I was 2-2 in terms of match wins-losses.I also hurt my neck and upper back tonight. I have a habit of cracking my neck because it allows feels stiff. Usually it just makes it feel better. Last night I was a little curious if something bad would happen, and most of the things I read said there was no research showing any bad side effects. I also read that it might cause artery dissection, which would cause a stroke. A little scary right? Luckily I didn't have a stroke, so that's probably not what happened. I was feeling a little stiff in the neck, so I turned to crack it and... before I even got far enough to crack it, my neck and back hurt a lot. Kind of what I would imagine throwing out my back would feel. If you're the praying type, I would appreciate any prayer, but if not just keep me in your thoughts. I'm not paralyzed right now, and hopefully I still won't be when I wake up tomorrow. xDTomorrow, I probably should rest, but that most likely won't happen. Also, I probably won't be able to exercise for a couple days. This week went kind of okay, and I made sure to keep my resolutions so far. In my opinion, this sample size is already significant /s. I want to continue keeping my resolutions next week, and continue to attempt to improve. Thanks for reading! :)
