Fake Sunrise

A lot of big changes today.  On Sunday, when I was talking with Darek, he brought up that waking up to sunlight was good.  Circadian rhythm and all that jazz.  So, I attempted to leave my blinds up so the sunlight would come into my room in the morning.  Unfortunately, the sun comes up on the other side of the house.  So... I bought an alarm clock with a giant light on it.  Gonna try using it tonight hopefully it'll work.  In addition, I'm moving my phone charger stand thingy to my desk.  That way it'll be super far away and maybe I'll be less inclined to check reddit at night?  I'm also going to make sure to stop playing games before 12.  That doesn't mean I'll be going to sleep sooner, just that I'll let my brain relax.  Maybe I'll sleep sooner because of this?In addition to some health/wellness changes, I did say I wanted to make a schedule.  So... I'll do that right now.  Somethings I am including for the weekly schedule, in no particular order: Washing my clothes.  Cleaning my room.  Exercise.  Work on programming time.  Quiet Times.  Maybe Work?K I kinda scheduled everything out... And I have no free time.  Oof.  If I want to sleep, I need to drop a couple activities. :/Time to see if the alarm clock will work.  Gnight
