Sunday

Woke up pretty late, listened to a sermon. Then went to play volleyball. My shoulder still hurt today, but it was noticeably less than last time. People gave me advice on how I should do PT, and apparently I'm still using my shoulders way too much. As in probably shouldn't do shoulder exercises every day, and probably shouldn't be doing it with weights. Oops.Also, the sermon series I'm listening to keeps mentioning how it's much better/necessary to have interactions with other Christians in order to grow in faith and understanding. I should probably try waking up earlier on Sundays.Gonna try and get some sleep before work tomorrow. Still gonna go to the gym tomorrow, but I guess I'll tone down the weights when I do the shoulder stuff.
