Leg Day

More gym today. Did 160 for front squats, which is a bit less than what I was doing last year (190), but if I can increase by 10 every week I'll definitely make 250 by the end of summer. Doing the actual squat isn't too hard, but since I'm doing it on a planet fitness machine, turning the bar at the start is a little difficult.Also tonight I had a massive headache. Attempted to play Sekiro, but had to stop after 15 minutes. Unfortunately I'm still getting motion sick after a month of attempting to get used to it.Sleeping now, and pondering it I should go to open gym tomorrow.
