Failed Plans
With the holiday today, I had a lot of plans to be productive. I wanted to wake up relatively early to go to the gym, and then spend the rest of the day working on my resume and website. I had plans to go to kbbq with my coworkers tonight too. Unfortunately, I snoozed my alarm this morning and didn't get out of bed until 2. I was pretty disappointed, so I decided to just not do anything. I finally wanted to go to the gym later in the day, but it was already too late, so I ended up not going. I had to pick up my coworker, and by the time I decided to gym, I probably wouldn't have enough time (considering the amount of time I wait for a squat rack).
Thankfully, Katie invited me to do a raid today. So at least I did something. I was super lucky too, since I got a shiny! This afternoon was the first time Shiny Cresselia was available and I got it :3
Tomorrow, I can still go to the gym which is good. Before I sleep tonight, I'll probably also do some shoulder exercises. They've been feeling slightly better, but they still feel really weak after I swing. Hopefully it starts getting better faster.
In general, I also want to start cleaning up everything (like my car, and my room, and my closet/wardrobe). I might be a slight hoarder, because I kind of refuse to throw away anything. I'll throw away trash, but little trinkets and useless papers and stuff I just keep around in case I ever need them. I also have a ton of old clothes in my drawer, even though I never wear any of them. I think my goals are just 1 week of casual clothes, and 1 week of work clothes. And then probably a suit, because those are important.
For the recital, I also need to memorize all my music. I think I have the melodies memorized, but the words are a lot harder, since they aren't in English. I only have two weeks, so I think I'll actually have to practice. We have another duet practice this week, so I want to be prepared.
