You guessed it, I didn't go to the gym this morning! You win nothing, but I win sadness.
Anyways, we got to DC, tried some korean/mexican fusion at TaKorean, but honestly I'd prefer one or the other. The I couldn't tell that the meat was korean (I got pork), because the only thing they added to make it "korean" was add ssamjang. I couldn't even taste the ssamjang. And then one of the topping options was kimchi, which I was like great. I like kimchi. But it was just plain coleslaw with the kimchi juice... or at least that's all I could tell that it was. So honestly it wasn't really a fusion, just regular Mexican tacos with korean sauce. I'd like it if they mixed the cooking styles or meats too, like leave the meat, put actual kimchi on it. oh well.
The game was pretty boring for the first half. No scores at all, and then randomly the Nat's get 3 home runs and 10 points in that inning. And then the Red's never caught up at all. I think the Red's were a little tilted after Nat's got 2 home runs in a row.
The commute home was pretty bad. For some reason, people don't know how to leave a parking garage, and we were waiting on the 4th floor for around 40 minutes. Ended up taking me an hour to get home. Very annoying because everyone was trying to cut in front of people to get out, but then they just kept making it worse.
At first I was going to go to practice after, but then we were going to get back too late. And then I was like well I guess I'll at least go to the gym. And then the garage debacle happened and I wouldn't have enough time to gym. So now I'm postponing the gym again until tomorrow. It's been a week, and I feel weak.
