Uneventful

Hello.  Today I went to work.  Tomorrow I plan to go to work.  It's also review day tomorrow, and we're sooooo close.  Hopefully we finish in time. Also, I didn't do anything which is uh... pretty bad.  That also means I don't have anything to write about.  Instead, I guess I'll write about my Quiet Times.

16 I heard and my heart pounded,my lips quivered at the sound;decay crept into my bones, and my legs trembled.Yet I will wait patiently for the day of calamityto come on the nation invading us.17 Though the fig tree does not budand there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop failsand the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the penand no cattle in the stalls,18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord,I will be joyful in God my Savior.

19 The Sovereign Lord is my strength;he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,he enables me to tread on the heights.

Habakkuk 3:16-19

So the daily devotional mentioned that Habakkuk is fearful of the future.  But although he sees all the terrible things that will happen, he finds joy and strength in God.  With the review tomorrow, and release scheduled for early summer, it isn't hard for me to predict how terribly things can go.  I guess the application is to just trust that God has a plan.  Unsure how well I'll be able to do that, but at least I know what goal is.Okay, I'm gonna sleep and get ready for bed now.
