Head, ---------, -----, and Toes

Today was pretty disappointing.  Group stage was split into 4 team pools, with the top 3 getting to playoffs.  Unfortunately, although our team got really close to winning  a couple sets, we ended up losing all of the games by 2 or 3 points.  It was especially sad since we were up in many of them and then lost after the other teams caught up at the very end.  Although I don't feel like I was a big detriment to the team, I did feel kind of useless.  I passed decently, but I couldn't spike or serve at all.  My shoulder has been hurting and it didn't get any better today.  I'm now determined to go to the gym everyday.  I need my shoulder and legs to be in top condition, so I won't feel useless next time (assuming there is a next time).  I went today after getting home, and did ALL the shoulder exercises.  I'm planning on doing legs 3 days a week, and shoulders every time.Tomorrow I have work again, but I kind of forgot what I've been working on last week, so uh... Oops.  Also I'm super tired, so I'm probably gonna sleep really soon.
