Average

Today ended up kinda okay, even though I woke up really late.  Everyone else had things in the morning, so I didn't really stand out as missing the morning meeting.  Today was kind of not super productive.  I finished up stuff from last week, and got it all ready for testing.  Also our work is being demoed this week and next week, so I spent a couple hours working to get that ready.  Then I ran into a giant problem where nothing was working.  I spent a while trying to figure it out, but then eventually just tried it on a different computer and it was fine.  So... I just had to reboot.  kmsThe gym was pretty busy today, like last week.  I ended up doing most of the leg machines, and then my shoulder exercises.  My neck was sore this morning, I assume from all the shoulder exercises and stuff.  I again didn't wait for the squat rack, but I did stretch this time.  My shoulder definitely shouldn't hurt as much, but then again I haven't played volleyball so I don't really know.  I guess my shoulders normally don't hurt anyways?Today I was still super sleepy, and I don't really know why.  Or actually I do, but I did sleep a lot, so I expected to be less tired.  I should probably just take a day off to sleep or something.  I'll probably do that next week, or I might wait another month for my birthday?  Also I've heard that poor bowel movements can be caused by stress or lack of sleep, so I should probably attempt to fix that a little.
