Week 5

This week, not much happened.

Volleyball on Tuesday. This was the last open gym before the league officially starts. I played pretty terrible. My hands were cold the whole time. I also wore a new hoodie to dinner, and spilled some soup on it. I spent a couple hours trying to get it out, by washing it and I also tried cleaning it with distilled vinegar, but the stain never came out. I was very sad.

On Wednesday, I woke up relatively late, and I had massive headache. And then when I went to shower, I realized I had a sore throat, and my nose was bleeding too. So I emailed my manager and told him I was going to stay at home to rest. I ended up sleeping from 9-6. Woke up still with a little headache but my throat wasn't sore anymore which I guess was nice.

This week I've gone to the gym 3 times. Slightly more than last week, but I still left out legs this week. The back workout days felt pretty good though, which was nice. I also got another back massage on Saturday, which I don't feel like it's helping. My back always ends up hurting after, and it seems to affect everything else negatively. This week I'm going to try to go back to 4 times a week. My knee has been feeling pain/super weak, so I'll probably try to lay off squats until it stops. Maybe some cycling/more casual leg exercises to help strengthen it?

In the relationship area, I'm not doing that well. Not much progress, although I did ask someone if they wanted to go on a date today. They haven't responded. I'm just going to assume they saw it and are now ghosting me.
